This spell can be cast upon yourself or others. In spite of its name,
it does not allow the target to breathe water: our research shows that
it creates a small bubble of air around the target's respiratory organs.
This makes it possible not only to breathe underwater, but also to continue
breathing in normal conditions and to speak understandably underwater.
When the spell wears off, you will have some time to recast the spell
before you begin to drown.

Recently, there have been reports that due to the interaction of the
elemental water and this water-based spell, the spellcraft skill doesn't
work in the usual fashion for 'water breathing'.
