'Teleport' is not for the weak of spirit. The mages of the past created
this spell as a means of gaining entrance to the realms where no mortal
has been. As such, it is a relatively easy though costly spell. At the
same time it is mortally dangerous. Upon casting, it will instantly
transfer the magician to another location in the world. Unfortunately,
there is absolutely no way to ensure a safe landing. You might wind up
in a park on a lush green meadow, or as the main course on a demogorgon's
dinner. There are a few spots in the world where the spell will not work,
due to much stronger wards cast there. Mostly, these places are boats.
The earth portion of this water-based spell will protect the caster from
teleporting into solid objects. Like most water spells, it can be cast
during combat.
