This spell uses water and air to expel fire from the area surrounding the
caster. Once enough fire has been drained out, the caster causes the cold
space to collapse, aiming the resulting cold blast in front of him. This
will damage a victim more than the fireball spell: it will not only cause
serious wounds, but also drain the strength from his muscles. Since the
ice ray spell attacks directly a victim's fire, it will not harm those
creatures that have little fire but may cause greater damage to fire-based
lifeforms.
